Adult Sunday School

Our study of God’s word continues this fall by focusing on the nature of God as the first person of the Trinity. The quarter’s three units will look at Old Testament texts from the Exodus narrative and from the poetry of Psalms.

Unit 1 traces God’s emerging relationship with Israel. We will learn how God calls us, how he empowers us, and that God continues to love us and forgives us even when we fail.

Units 2 and 3 will focus on God’s majesty, sovereignty, and steadfast love. We will explore the attributes of God who is good, everlasting, secure, and omnipresent.
